Wellbeing and Ability is a for-profit business with a social mission: helping seniors and people with disabilities access practical support and solutions that promote independence, safety, and wellbeing. A limited number of reduced-fee and pro bono services may be available for qualifying individuals experiencing financial hardship.

I have over 10 years of experience supporting older adults and individuals with disabilities through direct care, social work, and volunteer service.
​
I earned a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky, including graduate-level coursework focused on aging populations.

Throughout my career, I have helped individuals and families navigate periods of change, crisis, and uncertainty with compassion, practical guidance, and a person-centered approach.
